Well as usher would say, "there goes my baby." The damn axle, lower control arm, and strut are fucked on the Eclipse as of yesterday morning. My sexy redhead is gunna be down for a while. New lower control arm and CV are a must. Atleast it wasn't an engine problem. Motor still runs perfect, but can't get any power to the wheels so the tranny basically just spins when u press the pedal.
The entire left side of my car would be sitting on the ground, if it weren't for my tire being in the way holding up the body of the car. Not good for the tire, or the rim. Atleast the rim didn't get bent, I love my Evo 8 wheels :D
And to think I had just got done smoking my tail lights two days before. I got to look cool for like 2 drives lol. After a long ass wait in the heat for the towtruck, me and the whip finally made it home.
Today I'm basically removing everything under the fender, and gna see how soon I can start the rebuild process. The sooner the better. Work and school are a must. Almost failed Nissan from not showing up yesterday. But I made it just in time. Off to go look up part numbers and prices that I probably can't afford right now anyways. *sigh* Its only been a day, but I miss my car :'(
